Tamburi di Guerra

‘Tamburi di Guerra’ (War Drums) is the first event of a new Bardi di Sadirvan saga, an Orc-themed spin-off. Orcs have appeared in the Sadirvan world, first just as antagonists, and later as PCs. Flipping on itself one of the most common fantasy tropes, characters in this story fight alongside the greenskins and not against them, to help them win back their homeland. After a war council on the first evening, characters walked into the Savage Lands, ancestral homeland of the Orc people. The location was perfect to portray a harsh and dangerous area, far away from civilization. Exploration was a big part of the event and players set up their own IC camps. A small dungeon, which could be explored and offered a challenge with enigmas involving doors and keys, was among the most appreciated parts of the event. The crew was mostly made of veteran players that tried to organise an event for the first time. Satisfied with the results, the crew is planning a new event for 2020.
