Disposables

The society of 2250 is not much better than ours. There are rich neighbourhoods and wretched ones. Overcrowded cities and skyscrapers which will never truly reach the sky. There are borders and many more walls. And there are still the excluded ones. They are not even “humans” anymore. They are androids and this larp tells their story. Synthetic disposable lives. Anthropomorphic waste. Unuseful damaged devices bound to be thrown away. Called by a mysterious “signal”, the gathered androids will not only fight to survive, but will experience the “echoes” of those who preceded them, wondering about the sense of their own existence. Disposables is a high-budget larp with functioning tech and a huge space to explore. Participants are asked to embody the disposable androids which represent the “others”, the excluded ones: the rejected migrants, the invisible homeless, the unemployed... all the human creatures who are considered “disposable” by a selfish, increasingly inhumane society.
