Abstract

Killing Me Softly is a Black Box larp by the Ikebana larp Team. This experience allows players to explore the management of trauma and the defense mechanisms that arise from it through characters who were involved in the 1973 Kreditbanken robbery in Stockholm. Loosely based on actual events, this larp addresses sensitive themes and is characterized by physical and emotional closeness, forcing players to act in a cramped and hostile environment. The alternation of different lighting effects and projections on the room walls guide participants through the various emotional stages typical of Stockholm syndrome, escorting them until the conclusion of their intimate experience.
