Abstract

“A dark tale. Day and night. Always together. Eternally apart.” A gothic tale, a dreaming story to be read at sunset. Come and explore the dark corner of the Castle at the end of every road. Where you will find the traveler who lost their way and chose this place as their new house. The melancholy and mystery in the far corner of the world is the main plot of this shared tale. Choose between light and darkness, and explore the differences between bright sunshine and a candlelit night. Produced by Terre Spezzate - creators of “The Twilight of the Gods” and “Bayes’ Theorem” - and inspired by classical tales and movies, like “Ladyhawke,” “The NeverEnding Story,” “Pan’s Labyrinth,” or “Stardust,” SubLuminal reenacts the magic of the old folk tales and connects all the character backgrounds into a three-day-long, magic adventure between black and white, love and memories, beauty and destiny.
